Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident before you pay. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for NErve Pro.
1. Try before you pay
The Free plan lets you explore topic hubs, notes and a sample of the QBank at no cost and with no card required. We encourage you to use it before upgrading.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
3. Refunds
- If you are charged in error or experience a billing issue, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and refund where appropriate.
- Because digital content is accessible immediately on purchase, refunds for change of mind are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase, provided platform usage has been minimal.
- Renewal charges may be refunded if you contact us within 48 hours of the renewal and have not substantially used Pro features in the new period.
4. How to request
Email support@neetnerve.com from your registered email with your order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Changes
We may update this policy; the version on this page applies to purchases made after its posted date.
