Welcome to NErve (“NErve”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using neetnerve.com and its services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. The service

NErve is a web-first preparation platform for NEET PG, INI-CET, NExT and FMGE aspirants, offering notes, MCQs, previous-year questions, image-based questions and tests. Content is provided for educational and revision purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or clinical guidance.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You must be capable of forming a binding contract to purchase a paid plan.

3. Acceptable use

You may not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, or publicly share NErve content, nor share your account credentials. Automated extraction of questions, notes or media is prohibited. We may suspend accounts engaged in such activity.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. Prices are in INR and may change with notice. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our refund policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on NErve, including notes, question banks, explanations, images and the design system, is owned by or licensed to NErve and protected by applicable law. No license is granted except the limited personal, non-transferable right to use the platform for your own preparation.

6. Accuracy & no guarantees

While we work hard on accuracy, content may contain errors and is provided “as is”. We make no guarantee of any exam result, rank or score. NErve is not a substitute for professional medical education or judgement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NErve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
